Agreed scope. All engagements are subject to a defined scope, access requirements, supporting documents, delivery schedule and fee. Material historical corrections or additional work require separate approval.
Client responsibilities. Clients provide authorized QBO access, financial statements and timely explanations. We do not ask for personal banking passwords.
Excluded services. We do not issue client sales invoices, collect payments, execute vendor payments, calculate or run payroll, prepare or file tax returns, or provide audit, CPA review, compilation or assurance services.
Specialized accounting. Payroll accounting is limited to recording previously calculated payroll and reconciling related liabilities and executed payments. Sales tax accounting covers recorded liabilities and payments, not nexus advice or filing. Inventory/COGS work depends on records, methods and software capabilities.
Exceptions. Unresolved balances are documented rather than cleared through unsupported entries. Material prior-period corrections may require CPA coordination. A bookkeeping review is not independent assurance.
Timing. Monthly reporting is generally targeted within 10 business days after month-end, conditional on timely receipt of documents and the agreed scope.
Engagement. Website information is descriptive and not a binding agreement. Final terms are confirmed in a written engagement agreement.
